Skyland Trail Adolescent Campus
Location: Chamblee, GA
Project Type: Adaptive Reuse, Residential wood construction, Campus Master Planning
Skyland Trail Adolescent Campus combines the adaptive reuse of a dilapidated 1970’s office building with the design of a new construction residential building of different construction types and occupancies. Set on a challenging 2.78 acre site, the design of the campus is efficient and frames a welcoming active courtyard as a place of healing for teens with mood and anxiety disorders.
The project completed in 2017.
