FULCRUM

Fulcrum is the adaptive reuse of a 4-story building located on North Orange Avenue in downtown Orlando, Florida. The existing 1950's concrete courthouse later received a steel 2-story addition and uninformed facade treatment of dark tinted windows to non-functional balconies and Palladian-themed appliques.

The project completed in late 2020.
